My friends, I am sharing with you all part 1 of my video tutorial on how I made some of the BAUBLE CAKES shown on the photos above. I’ve made BAUBLE CAKES using RKT, baked half sphere cakes and the “cake pop technique”. Here is what you will need:
Repeat step 2 and 3 with light green fondant.
Mix remaining light green fondant with white gumpaste.
With smallest petal cutter cut enough petals for 2 rows.

Please bare with me this is the first tutorial i have ever done (minus posting it on my own page)

Cupcake Ingredients: (Makes appx 24)
3/4 cup strong hot coffee
3 tsp instant espresso powder
3/4 cup dark cocoa
3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups brown sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Here is how I made my little sugarpaste Minions from the movie ‘Discpicable Me’
