Made this simple swiss roll for my husband to have it with evening tea. Confession time: My daughter and I finished it off before he came. :-) Never knew a swiss roll is such an easy one.
Ingredients:

25g Cocoa Powder
1. Preheat the oven to 200⁰C, gas mark 6. Grease and line the Swiss roll tin with baking parchment.

50 Bright Bakers, all coming together from different countries and backgrounds with one common goal: unity. We are so proud and honored to share our version of Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh. Each of us put our heart and soul into our piece. Seeing it come together was something we will never forget! Castle Cake:I found these snaps in my archive and thought it would help some one. Very fond memories are associated with this cake as this was my daughter’s first B day cake. And Yes, even my first Novelty cake and that too when I didn’t know the A B C D of baking or decorations. You can see all the flaws in the cake. Confession time : I used Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix and icing to make the 6 cakes. After all, who has the guts to try out a cake from scratch when they are trying it for t...

We are very excited about the launch of CakeDecorPros.com and after 2 days I can say that it was very successful so far. There are 300 cake decor pros / bakeries in 24 countries already listed and still growing. We have so many ideas to be added to the site, and so little time to make them all.
What we added already
We added a counter on the home page and some links to hot locations as well, so you can see how many of you joined this worldwide directory.
Also, we increased the number...
