This cake was made for my husbands recent birthday, beer, pizza and football. I would say that it’s a typical mans cake!
I wanted to try doing something a bit different as the choice was mine and came up with this.
Top and bottom are dark chocolate mud and the middle is white chocolate mud.
He loved it! :)

Birthday cake made for a friends daughter’s first birthday.
It is vegan sponge, top tier vanilla, bottom tier chocolate and this gave me a lot of problems as it’s not very stable compared to ordinary sponge cake. Design was left up to me (bit more pressure!) but thankfully it was loved by Ebony’s parents!
I was really happy with the final result and think the colours work well together.
It was my first ‘baby in a rabbit costume’ model and double depth cake too and definatley a labour of love!

60th birthday cake for Jim. 6 is chocolate cake with a cycling theme including signs with places Jim likes to cycle and a model of Jim. 0 is vanilla sponge shaped like a ski slope complete with skis and flags. Really enjoyed doing this one :)
