Hand Piped Ruffles with wired sugar anenomes.

These cupcakes and top tier were created for a Day of the Dead themed wedding. The flavours were Chilli Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla and Lemon and the skulls of the top are made from modelling chocolate and handpainted.
We also decorated all of the tables with cupcakes so guests could just graze all through the evening!
The florist did a fantastic job with the flowers and the display looked incredible in the evening lit up by candle light.

I was asked to make this cake for a little boys birthday, who is a big Chealsea fan. We put his name and age on the back of the shirt.
I was sent an image of a similar cake for inspiration however I don’t have the source of the image to credit to cake maker from whom I took inspiration for this cake! So thank you!

We were asked to make this cake for a HUGE Dr Who Fan. Rich Chocolate sponge inside layered with dark chocolate ganache.

This two tier cake is moist carrot cake inside with cream cheese frosting. Based around an Autumnal Theme for a 70th birthday.

This cake was for an 80th birthday for a retired Doctor who loves his golf and his gardening! Inside is rich brandy soaked fruit cake.
