Hi,
I am only a beginner in cakes and got inspiration from many cake bakers & decorators on the net. Viewing most of (the best) How-To-tutorials on YouTube I manage to make some cakes at a reasonable level!! By the end of this month I will be attending a Master Making Edible Flowers Course by TehillaCakesCelebrations. Being in sugart art-groups I notice that I have learned a lot about cakes. That's the reason I join/subscribe to your group. Thank you all in advance. A problem I have at home is the high humidity and the hot weather; my home made fondant always stays sticky and bbcream melt. The only brand on fondant is the Wilton's and since I don't like the taste, I have tried several recipes out, but still I am not satisfied. I just read about your recipe of bbcream standing heat and high humidity. I am so excited to give it a try this weekend.
