The cake posted was made for my nieces wedding last year.. she wanted a country look to her cake...its a tropical carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream icing..
Would love to take my cake decorating to the next level but I haven't even done fondant yet..but looking forward to learning new techniques and decorating ideas on this page..
