Hi :). I'm not a confectioner. I studied economics. But first and foremost, I am the proud mother of two beautiful daughters who always tries to make their birthdays happy. Baking has been my favorite hobby since childhood, but decorating cakes and using fondant has been a big challenge for me. I became a confectioner for the children in my family.
