My 3rd year entering City of Hope’s, Let Them Eat Cake Competition. And for the 3rd consecutive year, we were blessed to win “Most Artistic”. The Celebrity Judge was Ron Ben Israel. What a wonderfully gracious and engaging judge! Very cool! My team ROCKS!!! They put so much of their own time into this cake and I am feeling very blessed to have such a talented crew. Oh… and that Beast… made out of gumpaste by my 19 year old assistant! HELLO!!!!!

Dr Seuss Mitzvah Cake. Everything you can see is edible including the books. There was so much detail on this cake from making all those books to the figurines to the truffola trees (man there were a lot of those) lol…. But we pulled it off and as I understand it, the cake was the highlight of the party. Thankful we survived the week!

Made for my best Friends parents. They have a great sense of humor so I got a little bit of “artistic freedom”. They LOVED it! Lots of laughter at the party.

Customer was having an “Elf” movie theme 1st Birthday party for her son. Complete with Ugly Sweaters. ha ha ha She found her “theme” as far as the “Elf” stuff on pinterest and gave me the album to use as inspiration. The cake is the result.

This Cake had to be assembled on site because of the separators and all the fresh flowers. LOVE how it turned out. My favorite wedding cake to date (without a doubt!).

The Special Girls Favorite things are all over this cake. Including 3 shoes. A Cleat, a Toms Shoe, and a flip flop. I was busy with gumpaste for quite a while with this one.

This is not an original design. I don’t know who the original artist was but the client gave me a photo to match. It’s truly a beautiful cake. The original designer did a fabulous job!
