I rustled up these cupcakes for my daughter to take into school today, i haven’t had many attempts at decorating cupcakes so I was very happy with how these turned out, although a little disappointed i had ran out of icing sugar so i couldn’t make buttercream icing :(

This cake was made for a 95 year old gardening fanatic,

This cake was made for my little boy who turned 2 on Saturday, as always with my own children’s cakes it ended up being rushed so unfortunately i didn’t quite put as much on it as i wanted to and the lid broke! :( but for 6 hours work i dont think it turned out to bad lol.

A simple vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting and fondant top, finished off with a cherry. incredibly simply but delicious :)

This cake was made for my beautiful daughter, she dislikes icing/buttercream of any kind but she loves chocolate. This cake with covered with chocolate and then i used white chocolate fingers to make the brick effect on the outside. I did of course have to make the peppa pig and balloon from icing though :)

A 3rd birthday cake which was made for a friends little boy, the cake is lemon Madeira with butter cream filling and covered with fondant.

Unfortunately this is the only picture i have of my first wedding cake and sadly it doesn’t quite do the cake the justice it deserves. It was taken just before I had put the last finishing touches on. Hopefully the photographer got a good picture of the cake at the reception but we will have to wait for those. The bottom tier was fruit cake the second was a dummy cake the third tier was lemon Madeira with vanilla butter cream The top tier was chocolate mud cake with coffee buttercream, I must say i was greedy and tried a piece from every edible tier and it was delicious. The cake was made for my wonderful parents :) who after 32 years together finally decided to get married :)

This were made for my daughters teacher this morning after my daughter asked if i could make her some cupcakes for her teacher… the only problem was she asked me at 6am so i didn’t have long lol they are just a vanilla sponge with a vanilla buttercream and fondant topper

this was only my second attempt at making cupcakes (other than the usual chucking whatever comes in the packet on a cake lol) so i was pleases with my attempt. These were for my daughters school easter fair today :)

At 8pm yesterday evening I recieved a call from my god mother asking me to make her husband a birthday cake for…. TODAY! so I whipped this up, i baked the cakes last night then decorated it this morning I’m pretty happy with the outcome considering the time frame I had :-) everything is edible :)

My first all buttercream cake…. Ok so its not the smoothest lol but I was happy with my first attempt :)

This was one of my first ever cakes so i did cheat a bit and i used plastic figures as the toppers. It is just a plain vanilla sponge with butter-cream filling

This is a 2 tier Finding Nemo cake, Both tiers are vanilla sponge with white chocolate ganche, they are then coverd with fondant. Everythimg on the cake is made from fondant so the cake is all edible :-)

This was my first attempt at this kind of cake, its not perfect but i was hapy with my first attempt :-)
