Anna Ibadulaeva Italian pastry chef and cake designer with russian roots. Anna runs TORTOVA based in Crema, Italy. Always passionate about cooking and pastry attended several professional courses of specialization in pastry and cake decoration (Professional pastry course “CAPAC”; PME school of Cake Decorating & Confectionery Arts and many other ).She has increasingly developed her passion for this sector and participated in several individual and team competitions. Won the bronze medal at "THE CAKE SHOW 2012" in Bologna, the gold medal for the "Flower arrangement" category at "THE CAKE SHOW 2013" and the first prize in the "Floral" category at the "Let's Cake" competition of Modena in 2013. In March 2015, she won the gold medal at the "Cake International London" competition in the "Floral Sugarcraft" category and in November 2015, she won the gold medal at the "Cake International Birmingham" competition in the "Floral Sugarcraft" category.

In september 2016 gold medal and the best in category at the “Art of Sugar” in Zurich in the category "Sugar flowers" and in october 2016 she won prestigious Sugar Flowers Award 2016 at the “Italian Cake Festival”. She currently collaborates with several specialized magazines and teaching cake decorating techniques for all levels.
