I had so much fun making this and a few late night chats with him…yes I talk to my cakes =)

He his was quite large,,,standing around 50-60 cm (20-23inches) tall .

Lee’s favorite flowers. Cake covered in MMF then airbrushed gold satin. Flowers, foliage, bow and card made from gumpaste. Board draped with MMF/gumpaste and brushed with satin luster

This is Paul’s best friend…Phantom the collie dog.

Carved from mud cake covered in MMF. bowl, cupcake and lead are gumpaste (Paul received a West Coast Eagles dog lead for his birthday)

There was a lot to fit on this cake, Paul’s beloved golf trophy, his West Coast golf clubs, his golf hat and glove and of course Paul having a tanny!

This was an unusual Baby Shower request… a baby with tattoos on a boat!

With Dad in the Navy and Alicia’s love of tattoos, the baby has Dad’s hat on and some of Mum’s body art. The name of the boat is also one of Alicia’s tattoos

This was made to match the party invites and decorations.

Mountain and Ark are carved mud cakes covered in ganache and MMF, the water is royal icing. Animals, trees etc are gumpaste.

The cupcakes were made as a “Thank you” gift for everyone at the party. They were also covered in ganache and MMF, toppers were made from MMF then they were packed in individual in clear cupcake boxes. Thanks for looking! =)
