I am 23 years old and have been baking most of my life. I graduated in December 2011 with a degree in Biological Sciences from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After graduation, I was trying to figure out my career path and all I kept thinking about was cake decorating. In April, my mom (and business partner) and I opened The Sugar Lab. We specialize in custom cakes, gourmet cupcakes, and white chocolate macadamia nut popcorn-my mom's specialty!
