Made for a little boy’s first birthday based off the invitations.

Wedding cake made a for a special couple getting married in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The colors of the wedding were ivory, gold, and navy. The ribbon was hand painted with gold luster, rolled in sanding sugar and sugar peals lined the fondant ribbon.

This cake was made for a client who said she wanted a modern birthday cake. She asked me to design it and surprise her. I decided to do a take on modern with a little bit of vintage. The center of the ruffle flowers are white chocolate molds that I got from Way Beyond Cakes by Mayen’s Etsy Site.

It is a dark chocolate cake with fresh strawberry swiss meringue buttercream. Covered in light pink fondant and chartruese green ruffle flowers and accents.

50th Golden Wedding Anniversary cake for a small party. Two tier {8” and 6”} stacked. Made the funky numbers and hearts from gumpaste then airbrushed them gold. Fondant ribbon roses. The second tier has a lace onlay.

Golf Themed Birthday Party. 3” mini cake with golfer teeing off on to the green.

This cake was created for a friend’s 40th birthday party. Carrot ginger cake with cream cheese frosting. I just made simple petals and fashioned them around a buttercream dollop for the flower. I learned this from the mycakeschool.com tutorial. 40 is made from gumpaste and shaped.
