I'm a mother of two boys and time from time do enjoy the pleasure of creating amateur cake work for my family and friends. I am by no means a professional baker but I do enjoy seeing my clients happy smile whenever possible (my boys). I applaud to all who make this as a career because the hard work and dedications is so undervalued by others and I do enjoy reading post from sites like this because as bakers (professional or self-taught) we need positive encouragements.
