Wedding/event Fayre

Hi everyone,
I’m doing a wedding/event Fayre in a few weeks and as its my first one I’m not sure how many display cakes I should prepare and how many samples.
I was going to take 3 different weeding cakes but then found out from the venue that it isn’t just a wedding Fayre, its for all their customers who are having a function with them. This has left me a little confused as to what I should take.
This is the venue’s first event like this so they have no idea how many people will come through the doors. My display area is a trestle table (I’m guessing there’s a standard size for those?)
Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you muchly.
