Between each tier of cake is a plexiglass box with crystals and lights inside. This was not my original design but brought to me by the bride. This was the most fun cake I have made! Damask design on the bottom and top tiers and quilting on the middle tier. The wedding colours were black and white with a touch of purple and lots of bling and shimmer.

I made this cake for my niece’s First Communion. Vanilla with vanilla buttercream. Gumpaste cross, butterfly and flower.

This cake was made for 2 ladies celebrating their birthday’s on St. Patrick’s Day. The cake is a marble cake with an Irish Cream Buttercream! It was sooo delish!!

Although the car did not turn out like I had hoped and doesn’t really look like a Mustang, I was happy that it at least looked like a car. This was the first carved car cake I have ever made.

Instead of giving cards at school, I made these cute little cookies with the tags for the kids to give to their “Valentines”. This was my first time working with Royal Icing – I wish it was shinier though.
