Wedding cake in Ivory, creams and golds. I was given carte blanche on the design with only the colour theme to work with – thats my favourite type of commission. This cake was delivered with 168 accompanying cupcakes.

Ghostbusters firehouse, first ever building/structural cake. 10” high x 10”deep by 7” wide with 6 chocolate mud cakes made into 8 layers and filled with milk chocolate ganache.

Extended tier black pearl and ice blue cake with 1200+ hand rolled and individually applied sugar paste pearls.

Romanitic/vintage two tier vanilla and white chocolate mud cake delivered this weekend. Cake ganached in white chocolate and is covered in marshmallow fondant, flowers made out of gumpaste and brush embroidery piping with royal icing. This has been one of my most requested designs and was delivered with 340 cupcakes.

First attempt at lace moulds, turned out to be a heavy cake with the amount of sugar paste lace on it.

This cake was made for a young lady that loved shoes, so just had to incorporate them in a silhouette style.

This cake is based on a design by simply sweets. Some of the white lettering unfortunately disappeares in the white background but its supposed to say Ooh Argh Zakary.

Cake was from a class I took at Cotton & Crumbs. Cake is pale blue with pink and white roses. Its not actually finished but, oh well I thought id upload it anyway. There is supposed to be another bud at the bottom by the rose.

Well, I thought id try out making an extended (Bottom) tier or “barrel” cake which ever term is correct, for the first time. It didnt exactly turn out that way as I think it looks like a regular tier even though it has three cakes in it. Ah well it was for my neice and i dont think she ever noticed either way. Oh and the insipiration for this cake is from Frosted Indulgence i think.

This was my first attemt at doing a wedding cake. Its Madagascan vanilla bean cake (two cakes per tier) filled with white chocolate ganache and Swiss Meringue Buttercream, covered in fondant and gum paste flowers

This was my first ever four tier cake, a vanilla bean cake filled with traditional buttercream and raspberry preserve, decorated with royal icing stencilling (my first try) and gumpaste roses. The topper is made from gumpaste and embellished with non edible crystals.
