A rich chocolate mud cake with a fashion theme for a young lady turning 21.

I was given free rein on the shoe style and colour, but they wanted the cake to be purple. I found it hard to visualise the finshed product, but I was very pleased with what I did, as was the birthday girl.

This is a mini 6” fruit cake with a Ranunculus flower on top and a real vintage broach on the front.

This is a shoe box cake I made for my mum for her 60th.

The shoe box is almond cake with raspberry and white chocolate filling. the shoe is made of gumpaste.

A colleague asked me to make a cake fir his sons 1st birthday. He said he likes Tigger and Teddy Bears, so I mixed the 2 together.

The head is RKT and the body is chocolate cake with white chocolate granache.

This is a maderia cake (body) and cearal treat (head) cake that I maid for a little girls 2nd birthday. She loves in the night garden, especially Makka Pakka and she would not come away from the table once she saw the cake. She loved it and it was nice to see wuch a lovely reaction.
