This cake was a Southern Charm for me. Sugar Magnolias and Gardenias with small pearls to offset the Taupe Shimmer Cake.

This is my last wedding cake of the year. Delivered to the beautiful Colonial Williamsburg VA. The cake shimmered a very pale gold with sugar Claret Roses and Hypericum Berries. The sash and broach were modelled on the Brides colours and Hair piece.

I was recently invited to take part in a Bridal photo shoot at The Williamsburg Winery in Williamsburg VA. I was sent a picture of a Vera Wang dress for inspiration. This is how I translated the inspiration to cake.

Baby Shower Teddy theme.

This is my latest wedding cake for a Virginia Riverside wedding. Sea grass handpainted to match in the invitations with sand dollars and sea stars.

Anyone that knows my work, knows I don’t normally do ‘all white’. So this was a struggle for me to not throw in something else (well a little green, but just couldn’t help myself!!).

This cake was recently published in Wedding Cakes a design source. I am so proud of this achievement. I love the simple yet striking effect that black and white cakes can showcase. The flower petals were a labour of love I am very happy with how they turned out.

This is a joint Airforce retirement cake for a husband and wife. Badges made from fondant and painted silver. Vanilla bean cake with Vanilla bean Italian Meringue Butter cream.

White ruffles and magnolia with gold edges. This cake was made for a consultation for a wedding cake. The wedding cake is going to be a 5 tiered version!!
