Tinkerbell! I wanted to see if I could decorate a cake entirely with molds… and it worked out pretty ok. I got so involved with the molds, I forgot to put the grass on the sides of the cake! oops! I used molds from Decorate The Cake, Wilton, and Martha Stewart. TFL!

A 40th birthday cake made for a Navy Chief who doesn’t have alot of family.

This is a cake requested for an Ovarian Cancer Awareness Fundraiser.

I got an order for a Barbie cake…. generally I don’t like doing them, but they told me they really wanted a mermaid. Well I checked Pinterest (of course) and found some awesome variations, so decided to try my hand at those! For the tail, I used an impression mat I purchased from Decorate The Cake… loved it! When I delivered it, the 4 year old I made it for (who was amazingly adorable) said “I’ve never seen anything like this in REAL LIFE”. It was awesome….. it’s why I love doing cakes…. for the smiles and happiness it provides others. TFL!

This is a 40th anniversary cake I made for the sweetest clients. Their original wedding colors were baby pink and lavendar, and had wedding bells on the top.

Graduation cake for a ‘Belton Pirate’. Their colors are purple and yellow. I added ‘pirate coins’ to the top, and cut out the school emblem. Used an edible image of his senior picture, added his NHS tassle as a border, and put his favorite scripture on the bottom.

I didn’t get any great pictures of this cake. It was for a 40th birthday. I really enjoyed the design and am dissapointed I didn’t get any good pics. I got the idea from the Lucks website.

This cake was soooooo heavy! WASC with cream cheese icing, and raspberry filling. 16”, 12”, and 8” tiers. Surronded by pirelle cookies, and topped with fresh berries.
