I own a custom cake design studio called Extreme Cakes in Fayetteville NC. I have been designing cake for about two years, and am self taught. I honestly never thought I was artistic until I recently made a cake and found that I had a gift. I was as surprised as everyone else. Before caking I was a Combat Medic in the US Army. Currently in the process of creating my own reality tv show with Cineflix Productions. I specialize in sculpted 3D cakes, and cake designs with an avant gaurde twist.
