Hello cakey friends
I am very new to this so please bare with me. :O)
My name is Rachael, i am happily married with 2 young boys. i started decorating cakes for family and friends at the end of last year and im always looking for ways to improve my skills.
I love to look at everyone’s cakes and so does my 2 year old, we can spend ages browsing your photos together.
I’ve created a page on facebook called Reo Cakes to share my creations and i welcome constructive criticism so i can improve and hopefully become as good as everyone here!. I also after seeing one of my friends on here decided to have a nosey and i can find myself getting very addicted to Cake Decor :O)
Im still learning how to use it, i have sussed how to upload cake photo’s but what do i do if i see a cake i like? i know i can leave a comment but is there anything else i can do?
any advice to help me get started would be much appreciated :O)

when i tried to read it back from the blog it just shows hello cakey friends :OS

Hi Rachael – don’t use ” <3> tags – I removed them and the blog displays.

Hi Rachael, welcome! You are going to love this website. Everyone here is great with sharing what they already know. And as you can see, there are some very talented decorators here sharing their beautiful work. Hope you enjoy the site as much as we all do.
I too only recently started cake decorating (January), and decided to make a business out of it (March). So my advice to you is learn as much as you can. Cakesdecor is a great start.
