A few months back I was contacted by Confetti Bride Magazine (http://www.confettibride.com.au/) to create a couple of cakes for the editiorial pages of their new magazine (due to hit newsagents in January 2013). Loved making this cake! Inspiration from various Mexican Artists and their Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations which focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember loved ones who have died.

Two tier wedding cake 7 & 9 inches – all white with sugar peony (my very first!) Love the simple no fuss design of this cake. Top tier white chocolate mud and bottom dark chocolate mud.
