2 Tier Vanilla Bean and Devli’s Food with Milk Chocolate ganache. All decorations made from fondant. I went through 8 different renditions of the head trying to make it not crack but I couldn’t get one to look the way I liked so I ended up using my cracked face.. oh well!

Teacups and Spoons created for a tea party themed baby shower. Vanilla Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing Ribbon Roses. Spoons painted with dilutes luster dust and then I used sanding sugar for on the spoon. Thanks for looking.

I made these chocolate sugar cookies flowers for the 3 mothers in my life.

This cake was created for my Zumba Instructor’s 40th birthday. Chocolate Poundcake with peanut butter buttercream.

All decorations are fondant and Stencling was done with royal icing.

I entered my first cake in a show this past weekend. I entered this cake into the Garden State Cake Show. The theme of the show was “Books in Cake”. This was my interpretation of theme and the book I choose. I won 1st place in my category and then also won Best of Division. I was so excited and floored by this.

The entire piece is hand cut and made from fondant/Tylose mixture. I used poured isomalt for the lenses of the glasses. All pieces were airbrushed and then hand painted.

I used Ciccio’s awesome tutorial to create this sugar mask. Purple gems are poured Isomalt

I made these cookies for my father-in-laws retirement party. He is into sailing, so I tried to replicate his sailboat in a cookie.

Here is the xmas/bday cake I made this year for my hubby. The design of the cake, came from the igloo class I took a few weeks back with Way Beyond Cakes by Mayen. All the figures inside the snowglobe were created in this class.
