These floral cuppies are very popular – for weddings, birthdays and mothering sunday. Pink is my favourite colourway but have also made them in different palettes such as ivory and gold.

I reproduced my original mini bird cage cake with accompanying cupcakes for a wedding fayre. I often make the cakes for the local golf club’s table. I opted for a smaller cuter birdcage style as I think they look so cute.

I have made this small two and half inch bird cage cake as part of a wedding consultation. It is also accompanied by five mini cakes of the same size. This is to allow the bride to help reach a decision about the large cake she would like to order. I have also made up large flowers for her to look at.

My Valentine’s Day cupcake design for this year – they proved very popular. Chocolate cupcakes topped with ruby fondant and vanilla buttercream – decorated with handrolled and painted ribbon roses and leaves.

I am just setting up a cake room and am using Emma Bridgewater’s floral range as my theme. I wanted a display cake with the colours Emma uses and so decorated this 8” dummy cake.

A wedding sample with vintage rose toppers. Cupcakes are zesty lemon topped with buttercream and fondant. The toppers are fondant circles with edible rose print, edged with pearls and decorated with ribbon roses.

These single ivory rose cupcakes were made for a wedding fayre. The cases have been decorated with vintage lace and ivory.

These adorable littel cuppies were made for a hen party in Bristol. These are some of the selection and each hen is hand painted. Really enjoyed making them.

Really unusual wedding cupcakes made for a wedding which was held on a farm. The groom works for the Forestry Commission and so the design reflects this. If you browse this photo you will see them displayed on the cupcake tower in the marquee. The leaves and trees are handpainted and then embellised with sugar craft – all edible.

Handpainted toppers for cupcakes produced following my course at Nevie Pie cakes. They were made as part of a floral collection donated for a charity Fun Day. Nowhere near Natasha’s standard but gradually improving technique!

A collection of some of the mini cakes made for a beautiful August wedding. The incorporation of sugar veil really adds to the vintage theme. I really love making mini cakes and they are now my most popular order.

This is my very first cake pop and is the only one remaining out of a batch I made yesterday!!! Vanilla sponge, topped with white chocolate melt and decorated with handmade flowers and leaves. Loved making it and have lots of ideas for future projects.
