Inspired by the Emma bridgewater lorries and diggers pattern, these are for a little boy who loves diggers and tractors and trucks!

This was for 2 sisters – one was being christened and it was the others first communion. Hence the 2 different types of decorations. The hello kitty’s were for for the older sister, and the baby shoes for the younger.

A cake for my cousins little girl who is mad on the film ‘tangled’. It’s one of my favourite films as well and I love the scene towards the end with all the lanterns so that’s what I tried to recreate.

a 21st bday cake, for a very close friends little sister. IT was for a black and white party but the birthday girl was wearing red. She loves Louboutin shoes and is desperate to own a pair!

The cake was inspired by a split cake done by Mia at FatCakes, it is for twins who have very different personalities, hence the different shoes, colours and figures. One likes heels, dresses and pink, the other is a tom boy who wears baseball boots, jeans and loves playing on her playstation…

simple and elegant

A lovely lady approached me to make this cake for one of her friends. Her friend has three horses, one grey and two shetlands and so we wanted them all to feature on the cake.

A 10 inch cake made for my parents God daughter (does that make her my god sister?!) She was due to be wearing a gorgeous top featuring loads of tropical flowers on it, so thats where i got my inspiration! It combines hibiscus, frangipani and petunias.. I reckon this would make a gorgeous wedding cake for a sunny day!

This was a christening cake for one of my best friend’s little boy. When he was born he was bought a gorgeous Jersey Cow teddy made by a local company which has become his favourite toy. When I saw it I wanted to incorporate it in his christening cake – its made with a patchwork of fabrics, which i drew on by hand. The family is also well known for making bunting (my friends aunts made metres of it for her wedding!) so again I wanted to incorporate this…..

The bride wanted an elegant cake with lots of flowers and a hint of pearls as they featured on her wedding dress. She and her husband were involved in amateur dramatics and so wanted that to be incorporated as well – hence the masks!
