Here are my first Whipped cream cakes. Not so smooth finish on the larger one.
Practice, Practice and more practice, before I could get it as smooth as the baby shower and birthday cakes. :)

This basketball themed cake is super soaked (mojadito) in simple syrup and filled with buttercream. Super moist. Also frosted in buttercream with fondant accents. This one was made for an Orlando Magic fan.

More yummy sponge cake filled with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Frosted in Fresh whipped cream with fondant accents. Love making these. :)

This is an original idea… For her baby’s Sweet Sixteen, mommy chose Cheesecake topped with fresh Strawberry jam and whipped cream. Cupcakes are half Vanilla & half Chocolate topped with buttercream frosting and fondant lettering. Happy Birthday Kate. :)

Sponge cake filled with fresh strawberries & whipped cream and covered in whipped cream. It’s a light and simply delicious cake.

This cake was for a UCF Graduate who completed the initial phase towards a degree in Dentistry.
This is a Spanish Cake soaked in simple syrup, filled with Dulce de Leche and covered/frosted in Buttercream. The cap is also cake and the tooth is fondant.

This cake was a gift for a 50 years young fan of the Cali Soccer team.

This was my first wedding cake. It is very special to me because it was a huge accomplishment for me. Never in a million years would I have thought I could make a cake like this. But the bride-who happens to be a co-worker of mine-insisted that I make her cake; after she saw and tasted my flower fondant birthday cake. 2 tiers were filled with cream cheese buttercream (thanks to Edna Dela Cruz’s recipe) and 1 tier was filled with fresh strawberries. The cake was frosted/covered with buttercream (Sharon Zambito’s recipe.) Watching Edna Dela Cruz’s & Sharon Zambito’s Youtube videos on stacking cakes was a huge help.

The bride loved the cake!!!

Oh…. Did I mention that the bride happens to be a cake decorator herself??? This was the ultimate compliment. Thank you Stacy for believing in me. :)

This cake was divided in 3 and each section was filled with a little something different. It had fresh pineapple jam, fresh strawberry jam & fresh guava jam. It is covered in Fondant with fondant flowers.

This cake was 3 layers filled with Arequipe (a.k.a. dulce de leche), home made whipped cream and fresh strawberries… Covered in Fresh Whipped Cream Frosting & on the cake I placed a pair of hand crochet booties that I made as a little gift…. :)
