Cupcakes I sent with my hubby to work, on his birthday. White Chocolate with raspberry filling :)

A special cake for a cute little 3 year old! I used sugar cookies as the cityscape instead of fondant, more kid friendly that way :) And from what I heard there was some fighting over them (the adults!!).

My husband was also celebrating his birthday with our 4 year old, so this was his cake. Please ignore the mess in the background, couldn’t find a clean spot to take a pic, lol!

My son has been telling me for months that he wanted a trash truck cake for his 4th birthday! I tried many times to change his mind because I was afraid I wouldnt be able to deliver what he had in mind :/ Well, he didn’t change his mind, so his daddy and I buckled down and after hours of work we came up with this :) He was one happy 4 year old.

I was so happy when I got the order for this cake :) It is a dark chocolate cake filled and frosted with peanut butter buttercream, and topped with my 1st ever ganache and an entire HUGE bag of peanut butter cups!

One of my first orders almost a year ago

The birthday girl was having a funky hat party and everyone invited was to wear a funky hat! It was such a fun idea to play with.

This was part of a graduation order…a surprise for the graduate who loned my little pony.

This was for my son’s class for writing 300 stories as a class this year.

This was my first cupcake bouquet. Pink lemonade cake and buttercream. It was definitely a lot easier than I anticipated :)

Made this red velvet giant cupcake for my parent’s anniversary. The bottom is a dark chocolate shell.

The strawberries on top are make from white chocolate and then dipped in milk chocolate.

This was for a friends 40th, she is a horse trainer.

This cake was fun to make. The stained wood grain look was a little tougher than we anticipated, but we were pretty happy with the results.

This was the first cake I did that humidy was an issue :( We live in Colorado and usually don’t have much humidity to make a difference in cake making…but this buttercream would not crust or smooth.

This was made for a 12 year old!!! Imagine my surprise when that request came in :)

The cake request was for a classic super mario, air jordan, and basketball….so this is what we came up with :)

Made this cake for some of my husbands co-workers. I couldn’t bring myself to put something in it that looked like dog food….so I opted for dog bone sugar cookies :)

Donated as a prize in a golf tournament this weekend.
