Just a basic design

This was very last minute and very fun!!!

I was really pressed for time on this cake and could’nt start it until 10 pm the night before it had to be done (at 1 in the afternoon) but I am happy with the results given the circumstances! I feel like I am learning more with each cake and I cant wait to keep on learning!!

I was spending the day with my God-Daughter and she absolutely LOVES scooby doo so she asked if I could make a scooby doo cupcake with ghosts…so thats what we did :)

A bit sloppy, I know but, in my defense it was a very hot day and the fondant was just not cooperating with me but i still think it came out pretty good. This cake was my second round of Cars birthday cake for my cousin’s birthday…he obviously loves those movies. I even gave Finn McMissile a missile shooting from his light (like in the movie..i think)

My frist adventure in making my own royal icing flowers and I fell in love. This cake was so much fun to make and all of my little cousin’s loved munching on the sugary flowers :) (The large white flowers were made from white chocolate)

A little celebratory cake I made for my boyfriend when he became a full member of the firehouse and was no longer a “probie”. So proud <3

This cake was definitely an adventure. My first time making a large figure out of rice krispies and I think it turned out okay! This cake was for my cousin Morgan’s 2nd birthday and she loved it so much. When I brought it to her house she yelled “oh elmo! what a happy day!”

Just a simple tiny cake with a handmade gumpaste flower I made for a friend who was going through a rough time. The cake is a vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream….and for filling fresh strawberries and strawberry buttercream.
