I am an architecture, an amateur baker
At the very first step to the house of desserts, cakes and pastries, I just bore a hunger to make a birthday cake for my boyfriend by myself. I didn’t know the little eager to impress my boy at that time would turn into a huge passion to baked goods. I received helps, tips and supports from tons of strange people in this field, and later, we all become friends because of the love of cakes and pastries. Thanks for all nice, generous bakers and those who are pastry-making lovers, who willing to share experiences and precious recipes to me, I gain a particular knowledge in this field. Now, I would like to pay it forward, to share them to you newbies – the confused ones just like me when I make acquaintance with cakes and pastries.
