Did a special cake (by special request), 4 a special person.
The request was special…. becoz I have NEVER made any fondant figurines before…... so, I was a little skeptical as 2 whether I cud do it or not.
Making these figurines was truly a learning experience 4 me.

Did this cake 4 a group of college students, who surprised their friend with this cake!!
Each animal represents either their personality or their obsession with their favourite pet!!
Took long hours 2 get it done….. made small adjustments here & there 2 get each element right.
Phew!!....... Glad that it’s finally DONE!!

This was my 1st tiered cake, this year.
It was made 4 a true chocoholic!! :D

Denture Cake: Chocolate Genoise with Chocolate Mousse Filling.
Textbook Cakes: Chocolate Mud Cake.
Graduating Molar: Chocolate Cookie Ball.

Getting each element done was by trial & error method. So, it took me a lot of time 2 get it done. And not 2 mention, getting the structural support of the tiered cake was kinda tricky.
There’s always a 1st time 4 everything…... Doing this cake was truly a learning experience.

I wanted to do something different & unique.
So, I did a little thinking & tried some new techniques!!
Although it may not be absolutely perfect,..... I’m quite happy with the end result.
This cake was a Chocolate Genoise with Chocolate mousse filling.
Everyone at the party was pleased…..that made me super happy.
Friends who saw the pics of this cake, have now placed their orders…... Now I’m super- duper HaPpY!!

Did this cake for a pair of lovely twin sisters.
Took me ages to hand roll those pink beads to an even size!!
Zebra stripes & pink Gerbera Daisies with golden beads…. complete the ‘diva’ cake ;)
For a first-timer, it was pretty challenging….. but was fun too, at the same time.

Made these cakes 2 feed a crowd of 100 people.
The elderly couple were insistent that they didn’t want anything fancy….just 2 roses would do.
Well, this is what I came up with.
They were extremely pleased. (....phew!!)
Heard that they had saved the roses & kept looking at them for a number of days.

I did this cake for my cousin on a very (VERY) short notice.

My very first attempt at decorating X’mas Cupcakes. :)
My clients were teenagers & they loved it…... Thank God!!

It’s a mocha-chocolate cake with dark chocolate topping.
I wanted 2 stick to the traditional Christmas colors – Red & Green.
These cupcakes have a double casing.

Hello there!! I’m new to this site & thought of sharing some of my ‘cake art’ pics with you all.
This cake was done for an Indian medical student, who was born ‘n bought up in the U.S. She loves flowers & always has a song “la..la..” in her head!! :) The cake I did was a Mocha- Chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache filling. I used a buttercream icing for the outside. All the elements are made out of gum paste. Although it took me nearly 6 hrs to decorate this cake…. I enjoyed doing every element on it. Everyone from the ladies hostel appreciated my work…...THAT was the best part!! :
