My daughters birthday cake, not sure how many times she has read the books, and it had to be red velvet, it was a surprise ordered by one of her friends

Had 3 days to make this, Victoria sponge cake and strawberry jam, covered in sugarpaste with hand made Jake and Izzy.

Chocolate cake covered in sugar paste with hand made decorations, my first shoe haha. the brief was very limited “girlie and purple” and the young lady is lactose intolerant, so I made the cake with sunflower oil and the butter cream with pure sunflower spread and added praline and cream flavoring. She was very happy when presented with the surprise cake.
