Ok so this is my first post, but why are my photos uploading sideways?!! They are the right way round when I select them!!
However, this was my first castle cake which I made for my daughter’s 7th birthday. It was a ten inch square choc cake with choc buttercream, and six inch vanilla with jam and buttercream,
It may look quite simple, but I’m only a hobby baker and it took me hours!!!
