This is my version of a Topsy Turvy cake. The stand is all home made and took me several weeks to get it right. It’s made from plastic plumbing supplies!! Each tier can be angled in several ways and is all reusable and fully washable. Hope you like it x

I have previously made a 2d horse head but this is my first 3d. It was a challenge and took hours and hour lol.

This cake was made for a regular customer. The brief was two tier, must have her summer house, her dogs and a white dove to represent her late sister. She also advised she wanted it to look different!!
When received she was delighted x

This large three tier topsy turvy cake with matching fruit cutting bar was designed for a wedding earlier this year. The bride wanted something different with no straight lines :)
