I started my journey in cake design in 2014 when I did the first basic course. I then resumed after a year in 2015 with a first basic course on flowers. I have not stopped now with more than 40 training courses with the best professionals in the sector behind me I can finally share my experiences. My greatest passion is flowers and above all experimenting with new edible and non-edible materials.
