I wanted to make a birdcage for ages so had a go for my niece birthday. Love the colours, flowers and my little birds.
Underneath all that its chocolate cake filled chocolate buttercream with a layer of chocolate ganache and iced with white fondant!

I made this cake for my daughter Olivia. She loves my flowers so made her a cake with loads of flowers and of course a fantasy peony.

I made this cake for my lovely nephew Ben! Not my usual kind of cakes as wired flowers is really my thing but really enjoyed making this one.

I made this cake for my good friend Sasha, the tulips obviously had to be green as it is Sasha’s favourite colour!!!
So here it goes 6” and 5” chocolate mud cake filled with vanilla IMBC ganached with dark belgian chocolate and iced with chocolate Satin ice Fondant.

This an orange tiger lilies spray with bud and leaves, just simply compliment the white cake. Love the colours of this flower!

I am so into my flowers so made 3 different types of peonies sitting on a 9” high vanilla madeira double barrel!
I so love making peonies such a beautiful flower!
Underneath all that, it’s 2×7” vanilla madeira cake filled with italian meringue buttercream and ganached with milk chocolate.

This was a home cake!!! I wanted to practice on my ganaching and straight edges. Tried the upside down sugarpaste method so basically I flipped the whole cake upside down ( OMG so nerve racking but so worth it!!!)
Ok so this a 6” vanilla madeira cake filled strawberry conserve jam and vanilla italian meringue then ganached with dark chocolate and paste. Topped with an open purple peony.

This is my version of a elegant yet sexy bra cake.
When I took this order, the customer said I want a bra cake that is going to feed 70 people. I wanted to make this cake as attractive and elegant as possible so this is the design I came up with.
I also had the big help from my friend Sasha at The White Cake Box Co with ganaching and just being there when i put the whole cake together.
The bra is made of gum paste, sugarveil and royal icing in the colours white, cream and gold.
The anemone is also my own design, I wanted something modern and didn’t want black as the centre so replaced it with gold.

My first peony ever!!! I love her,,,,so beautiful!!!

I just wanted to make a simple but elegant cake,,,I think I have achieved that,
The peony contains 48 wires and took me over 5 hours from start to finish. Very time consuming but so worth it!!!

I was told to use pink, purple and a fashion theme.
This is what I came up with and I absolutaly love this cake!!!!
