For a little princess!

Inspiration taken from the last page in the Gruffalo’s Child book.

My daughter decided she wanted a disney princess cake but she wanted each princess on her own cake! We designed this togther and she even helped with some of it

This is my first wedding cake. I’ve never been brave enough to do one before now! It’s a 12” vanilla, 10” chocolate, 8” lemon and 6” coconut and everything is edible.

A 10” and 8” cake – layered chocolate and vanilla sponges

A fusion of Mario & Mario Kart

A girly Moshi Monster cake. I had a lot of fun making this.

Made using a 6” round ball tin

Plain sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam filling.

Yoda was made using a flat RKT circle and shaped ears and then built up with fondant and then dusted with petal dusts to create the shading

18 cakes 3”x3”. These took ages!!

I had no idea what a Moshi Monster was when I was asked to do this cake! The design was inspired by The Custom Cake Shop.

A cake for a trainee mechanic. The black squares were all handpainted and had me tearing my hair out!!

I think I have an obsession with owls…

This cake was inspired by two things. The owl on top was adapted from my daughter’s “Jellycat” owl teddy and the design on the cake is taken from a wall decal that I have in my little girl’s room. The decal I think is called Scroll Tree or something similar.

Sadly, the light had faded by the time this one was finished so the photo isn’t all that great. Anyway, it’s a 6” & 4” chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.

For a huge Peppa Pig fan. This is probably the cake I enjoyed making the most.

I really enjoyed making this cake, the best part was the birthday girl gave me strict instructions on elements of it so really it’s her design! I think she did a great job!
