My best friend Melissa asked me to join her in making her dad’s wedding cake. The couple wanted something untraditional and found a picture online from Freed’s Bakery in Las Vegas and wanted us to recreate the cake with some minor changes like red rose and a hilarious topper they choose. The bride and groom on the topper are in a loving embrace while texting behind each others backs!

I made these cupcakes for my nephews 2nd birthday. It was hard trying to get thomas’ face just right.

This cake order cake at a perfect time. I was practicing making roses and I had just bought the wiltons silicon mold, so I took the roses I make and used the mold to create this simply but elegant cake.

I made this cake for my sisters graduation gift. She always said she wanted to be surprised with a little tiffany blue box, so I made one out of gumpaste and put an edible diplome in it.

Me and my best friend did this cake for a friend of hers. It was our first experience with a plain buttercream cake. Flowers are real.

This was my midterm for advance patisserie in culinary school. I wanted a Hawaii theme. We had to keep it basic so I just made so pretty hibiscus flowers. The bamboo behind the cake and the stand its sitting on is made out of pastillage.

This cake was for my boyfriend’s dad’s 50th birthday. His dad works out religiously and at the age of 50 looks amazing. So it was only fitting that I did a big muscly arm with dumb bell cupcakes

Edible images of all of the birthday girls favorite singers. Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, etc. Wanted the pics to be a retro color.

Everything but the diamonds around the bottom of both tiers is edible

This is in my top five favorite cakes I’ve done. The design concept was not my idea though. The lady I made this for brought me a picture and wanted the cake duplicated with a few colors changed. It was a baby shower cake for her sister and they wanted the colors to be for a boy. I wish I knew where they got the picture from so I could mention who I got the design from. But never the less I really enjoyed doing this cake.
