A (Female) Taurus Cake
I was inspired by the great horoscope cakes of i Pasticci di Molly that I made this one for a lovely lady who jsut turned 60 yesterday (29 April)
The frills were from a video tutorial that Rose of Couture Cakes by Rose has posted on her page.

This cake was specially requested by my niece on her birthday a few years back. My very first book cake and I was pleased with it. I got the design idea from a cake I saw online and I thought it was fabulous. ‘Very happy that my niece loved the cake.

This is one of the two cakes ordered by a couple for their children. The colours of pink, yellow, and purple were chosen by the customer and I sent her the design. This cake is 8” and 6”, more than 4 inches high each tier…both chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, sitting on a 12” cake drum.

This is one of 2 cakes ordered by a couple for their children. I still find it daunting to have a standing figure but I am beginning to get some ideas on how to keep them upright specially when being moved/travelled. I enjoyed making this cake :)

Moshi Monster cake

My handbag cake inspired by Jimmy Choo. This cake is chocolate with chocolate frosting. I used 2×10” cakes cut in half and then layered and carved. All are edible, including the handles. The black details on the flower are hand-painted.

This is my very first wedding cake which I made this for a friend.

Approximately 4”-high cake with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on top made of Krispie Treats covered in fondant.

Six lovely bears having a sleepover for Beatrice’s 6th birthday.

This cake was made for a friend’s husband with only one brief…San Miguel Beer! As I want the cake to be special, I used graffiti-style design on the side of the cake with all the traits that I believe are possessed by the celebrant and I also included the family’s names. I added a cartoon drawing of the whole family to make the cake more personal. The beer itself was made from rice cereals (krispie treats) and fondant.
