I have been decorating cakes from my home as a small business for about a year now, balancing a husband who works away and 4 young children.
I started making cakes for my children and was encouraged to set up a business.
Over the last year I have gone from strength to tstrength and am thoroughly enjoying myslef.
My passions really lie with traditional floral work, but as I work more and more with different styles and methods I find the whole world of baking and decorating fascinating.
