This is my weekends cake.
I was really looking forward doing it and had everything down the last detail mapped out to do and when. That all went to pot i ended up in A&E (my 20 month old ran into a radiator and split her lip open) and cake only just got finished and delivered at 10:30pm last night 2 1/2 hours later than it should of.
I didn’t have time to do everything I wanted on it but my customer was really happy with it the way it was and her daughter was over the moon when she woke up this morning
This was the first time I’d made any models from RKT and really enjoyed it
If you think I’ve done a good job or not please let me know I value all your opinions

On the photos you can see its still very wet.

I made this cake for my mums birthday. It’s the first time I had used chocolate icing and made my own mould for the meerkat. She wouldnt have eaten a big cake so its a 4 inch and 6 inch. Was a nightmare to make turned out ok in the end and I know what to improve on next time :-)
