My quick little 6” choc mud cake for my bosses birthday, the frills have blue lustre dust, once aagain photo doesn”t do it justice it was soo cute!..maybe I should get some photography lessons! :) lol

this is my second attemp ever at a fondant cake just 12 months ago, equiped the an LED colour changing fogger in the couldron, which is plastic, the fog rolled down the front of the cake it looked awesome in the dark (without water damage to the fondant!..took about 8 hours of messing around with the angle of the couldron to get it just right thou!..lol) and looked pretty good..
it was from this cake I became addicted to fondant!

this is the third fondant cake I had ever attempted, just under 12 months ago..
Jeff is a horticulturist that looks after all the roundabouts in his area, and loves riding his motorbike, so hopefully I have captured all those points in this cake, all edible apart from the rake, shovel and bikers..

I’m not the best photographer & this photo just doesn’t do this cake justice, it is was so pretty! :)

this has got to be one of my favorites so far, the colour was divine! if was a little different from the colour the picture has captured..I love being a little different! I have used the fish bowl vase and added the glass rocks, coloured the water to the same colour as the cake and inserted led lights underneath, then i have placed the lillies outside of the bowl..once again looked stunning when the lights were dimmed..

Engagement cake with a little difference, Clancy is pregnant and wanted baby to be included so we added the little feet pushing through the heart…cute
Choc mud with Ganache for the cake , choc mud & white choc raspberry Cupcakes with Gananche & fondant hearts

I stuck my hand up at 5:30pm friday for this one, it had to be there 5:00pm Sat..sucker for punishment!..lol
8” marble mud with marble Ganache, you can see in the closeup I have inserted a blue led light under the glass ball which looked fantastic once the sun when down..
hand made dolphin, the glass ball came in handy for this as he is just fondant, I glazed him when he was done to give hime the wet look.

This is a cake I made for my Father Inlaw who was born on Halloween, it’s vanilla sponge cake with SBC icing & fondant, and to I inserted red led lights into his eyes..

White Chocolate bottom layer and dark choc mud top layer with marble gnache .. with my first ever handmade Giraffe thanks to the tutorial from Ciccio Cakes ..thank you :)
