This cake is laced with sparklers and sparkling candle inside the top flourish – cant wait to see pics of it in full bloom :-)

Not really my style of cake but it was for my best friend son – you just cant let them down lol xx

I must admit that making pretty cakes are by far my favorite – this one was no exception, combining my two favorite types, the Topsy Turvy and the Giant Cupcake. We ended up with this as the venue would not allow cupcakes due to previous party’s having had cupcake fights at the end of the night – my customer was totally delighted with the choice.

I had a customer that couldnt decide which book she wanted turned into a cake – so I did the 4 in one – I’ve never read the books but she was delighted with it :-)

Chocolste ganache wonky cake – the customer wanted Turkish Delights on top but the rest had to be chocolate – I hope I have capture the eastern theme x

This is my best cake in my opinion to date, I enjoyed making it so much, I just wish I could have had it photographed properly – I hope you like it and would love to receive your feed back.

After some pretty hair raising issues, I am finally able to share my very 1st wedding cake. I have included a photo of the invatation which the bride wanted the cake to be based on. It is a 12” x 5 1/2 ” rich exotic fruit cake laced with a lot of whiskey and tastes ansome. Middle tier is 9” x 8” vanilla sponge with cream and jam filling and the top tier is 6” by 7” coffee sponge with a coffee cream filling. Hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I did making it. I love the fresh flowers, really think that they finnished it off.

This was a lovely cake to make, made me feel that I was doing my part for the Olympics, should be on a channel 4 programme soon for the young girl that carried the flame – hope you like it.

I have only been making cakes since february, I am a stay at home mum and very creative and cake making allows me to showcase my skill. I have never been on a course and this is my very 1st attempt at making a Wonky cake. I did not use tins, this is all carved by hand.
