This cake was for the birthday of a young girl who was REALLY into faeries! I love it when a customer says here’s the theme, do whatever you want. The cake is a yellow butter cake with vanilla buttercream in many colors. I used Wilton’s white fondant because it is so perfect for a porcelain effect. The rest of the fondant colors I made myself (marshmallow fondant). It took a little pre-structural engineering on the teapot to keep the handle & spout where they needed to be, but I do enjoy a challenge. :o)
