This was a last minute order from a client. She wanted any cake design as long as there will be a touch of red. That is quite easy for us cakers right? But I want the kid to be happy with his cake so I asked the mom if there’s anything in particular that Reise is interested with. She said Club Penguin. My first reaction was “what is club penguin?” then as always, I relied to the ever reliable google! Enjoyed making this design for the first time!

Made this cake for a 7 year old kid. The 3 tier supposedly is the iron man cake but the mother decided to have only 2 tiers not including iron man. I hope dear ethan wont realize it.

This cake was made for my god son. Started at 8am with baking tHe base cake which is chiffon cake and chocolate for the top tier. While the cakes were cooling, started making chocolate ganache ( for the chocolate cake filling) and mocha butter cream to cover the cake. Made mango buttercream for the chiffon cake. At 11am i started filling and frosting the cakes. Then covering and design took 1 hour. I never thought I could pull this off since I had limited time but im happy with the results.
