For my nieces 2nd birthday she was obsessed by the book “Josephine loves to dance” about a kangaroo who wanted to do ballet. A very cute theme for a girl 2yo party. Note the extra long ballet slippers to fit a kangaroo:P

I made this cake for a friend of mine’s little boy turning 3. I was nervous about making this one… Not sure how it would come out… But I must say i’m REALLY proud of this one. To quote his mum, Kimmy, “I wish i could have bottled the look on Seth’s face when we brought out the cake, priceless”. Chocolate cake of course for boys:)

Made for my best friends step-daughter for a very fun fancy dress Minnie Mouse themed 5th Birthday party. Cupcakes were Vanilla & cake was Red Velvet with vanilla cake pops inside for white dots. Took over 25 hours from start to finish but am super proud of this:)

These little Dino’s were bursting out of Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream cheese frosting of course! They were inspired by some cupcakes i saw in a Planet Cake book (the Queen of Cakes & Cupcakes and a personal hero of mine). The humidity here in North Queensland do not make things easy but i think they came out ok:)

This was made for a last minute request. I have made a Birthday cake for the eldest boy in the family and he is still talking about his helicopter cake 6months later so i couldn’t say no. Chocolate cake with Choc ganche. Delivered & demolished on the morning of the birthday.
