I have been decorating cakes now for approximately 30 years and still enjoy the challenge of new designs and projects in cake decorating. I am the managing director of Sugar 'n' Spice Cakes ltd and we have two shops in East Yorkshire selling products, bespoke cakes and cup cakes for all occasions and more. I have a good all round knowledge of all techniques in cake decorating including royal icing, modelling, sugar flowers and working with chocolate. We have a training room in one of our premesis and hold lots of classes across each week for adults and children and for any ability. We pride ourselves on a friendly accommodating environment where those who share our passion for cake decorating and sugarcraft can come and learn with other like minded folk!
