I have been making cakes for quite a number of years for family and friends but now my daughters are growing up (so quickly) decided that the 2 days that I don't work I would start making more cakes. I know find I am constantly making, thinking, talking and dreaming about cakes. I am self taught and still have so much more to learn, but really enjoy creating something from nothing and seeing peoples reaction to their cake.
