I designed this cake for my baby’s first birthday but it did not looks like the sketch. I made a lot of treats and crafts for her party that at the end I could not pulled it off as I wanted but still I am proud of this cake. Every decoration, every detail was handmade by me so when it was time to work on the cake I was so exhausted that I could not finish the horses of the carousel. Thank God my Mom came from Puerto Rico that weekend to attend her grand-daughter first birthday and she made all the horses! :) So, I am giving her all the credit. She did a wonderful job and it was her first time dealing with fondant. I am so proud of her. Love you Mom!

I designed this cake for a baby girl’s first birthday. Her mommy wanted a princess Minnie cake. It turned out really cute.

My first wedding cake! The wedding was a Beach theme wedding and the bride wanted her cake to look as a sandcastle. The seashells were made with fondant. The cake was covered in marshmallow fondant and then I brushed vanilla extract over the fondant to make it sticky for the vanilla wafers (the cookies) crumbs to stick and stay in the fondant. This made it looks like sand!

What girl could say no if their boyfriend surprised her with a cake like this and the big question? LOL The ring was made with gum-paste and Styrofoam. Cake was covered with marshmallow fondant.

I designed this cake for a boy first birthday. The theme was the animal of the jungle, that is why I made the zebra print on pastel colors as a base of the cake and then placed some animal faces on top. It turned out really cute. All details are made with marshmallow fondant.

Made this cake for my son’s third birthday. He wanted an airplane themed birthday. His cake was chocolate flavored and filled with Dulce de leche buttercream. The airplane was decorated with marshmallow fondant (MMF). The airplane wings were Styrofoam covered with fondant and attached to the body of the cake.

Very cute princess cake. Designed this cake for a three year old girl that wanted all the Disney princesses on her cake. I used edible images of the princesses and placed them all around the two tiers of the cake. All decorations were made out of marshmallow fondant with exception of the number three which was made of gumpaste. The first tier was vanilla and the second tier was chocolate.
