I love creating flowers out of sugarpaste. I've been enjoying this since 2012 and am self-taught using any source of information I can find; mostly books and online tutorials My idols are Robert Haynes and Alan Dunn - with practice I hope to be as good someday. Meanwhile, being able to help someone put a perfect touch on their special occasion cake is an amazing feeling.
